1. What is Raghouse International?
Raghouse International is a luxury handmade boutique owned and operated by Renaissance Cornela M. Austin. We specialize in knitwear, crochet, and unique accessories for men and women. We began in 2000, expanded to Etsy.com in 2007, and now have our own site in 2011.

2. Do I have to sign in to make a purchase?
It is not mandatory that you sign in to make a purchase. However, by creating a small account, you will not have to input your information over and over again. You will also have access to your transaction log and will be able to check the status of your order any time. To create a very simple account, click "sign in" on the "Shop" page. Click "create new account". Input your name, email address, and create a password. Once your account is open there will be three tabs. You can store your shipping address in the Address Book by typing your information in the fields provided and clicking save. Additional addresses can be stored as well if you want your purchases to go to a different address, for example a gift recipient. View Privacy Policy

3. Do you accept phone orders?
Currently we do not accept phone orders.

4. Is my credit/debit card and information secure on this site?

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Raghouse International ships worldwide.

6. How quickly do you ship?
Shipping will go out within two(2) days for all ready made products in stock once transaction status is paid and cleared. Expect to receive custom orders no later than fourteen(14) days after purchase. This will allow seven(7) days for the garment to be created and three(3) to seven(7) days for shipping depending upon your location.

7. Why do you charge sales tax to California buyers?
Raghouse International is physically located in California.

8. How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

9. Can I modify or change my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is put through it cannot be changed or modified. Take special care in choosing your merchandise.

10. Will your products make me hot in warmer seasons?
Because Raghouse International is a California based company we are able to wear various knits all year round. However, it is understood that in regions with extremely hot climates our products will not be appropriate. This is why we pay very close attention to fiber content throughout the year, using heavier weights for fall and winter, sport weights for Spring and light cotton for Summer making sure that our designs and fiber content are seasonally correct.

11. Do you make clothes for babies?
At the present time we do not have a line for babies or kids.

12. What materials are your products made of?
We use all types of fibers for our designs from acrylics, to acrylic/wool and acrylic/cotton blends including 100% wool and cotton fibers. We also use organic fibers in our products, wood, hard plastic, Czch glass, crystals, chain metal, and other mediums for our accessories. For our acrylics we have a special blocking and steaming process which softens and drapes the fibers for a softer feel against the skin.

13. How do I care and maintain Raghouse International products?
Maintaining Raghouse International products is a very easy task. Please follow the care clauses below.

Wool
100% wool should be dry cleaned at all times. Wool blends such at wool/acrylic can be washed in gentle cycle with medium tumble dry. You may also lay flat to dry.

Cotton
All cotton and cotton blends should be dry cleaned to prevent shrinkage. Cotton may also be washed in cold water gentle wash. Lay flat to dry.

Acrylic
All acrylic fibers and acrylic blends may be dry cleaned and/or machine washed. Tumble dry medium/low, lay flat to dry.
